A tearful goodbye: Longtime Raider coaches Randy, Darlynn Oxendine announce they willl take new positions in Virginia
| Dozens of Southern Vance softball and volleyball players met in the drama room at the school Wednesday for a tearful goodbye for two longtime Raider coaches.
The husband and wife tandem of Randy and Darlynn Oxendine, head coaches of the softball and volleyball programs, respectively, announced to their players that they would not return to coach in the fall. (Thursday, Jul. 2, 2009)
